Allegany State Park
Comprising 65,000 acres, Allegany State Park is the largest of New York's state parks. Amidst forest, mountains, meadows, amazing rock formations, three lakes and numerous streams and ponds this park offers year round adventure. With campsites and cabins, including winterized cottages and cabins, Allegany is a true camper's paradise. The park's two developed areas, Red House and Quaker, have sandy beaches and hiking, nature programs, mountain biking and equestrian trails.
