Why travel way out west to hunt an Elk, a Black Bear, or all the way to New Zealand for a European Red Stag? Come to the great State of Maine! Our brand new six-bedroom four-bath lodge is located in the heart of Maine, in Brownville Junction, on our own 500-plus secluded private acres. The hunt area is populated with trophy or meat-quality European Red Deer stags and North American Elk, as well as, Trophy Fallow Bucks. We also offer some of the best Black Bear hunting in the Northeast, with Registered Maine Guides. You can hunt your bear over bait during the first four weeks of the season (normally starting the last Monday of August) or with Registered Maine Guides and hounds during the next four weeks of the season. We specialize in combo hunts. With us, you can hunt a red stag or an elk in the morning then hunt your bear in the afternoon and evening. No longer will you go on a hunting trip, have the good fortune to harvest your game on the first day and then wonder what to do for the rest of your trip. With Grove Hill Outfitters, you can continue to hunt for one or more of our many other game animals on our private hunting preserve. Grove Hill Outfitters loves young or inexperienced hunters, we take great pleasure in helping a young person or new hunter of any age or sex harvest their first deer, elk or bear.
