About Elk River Outfitters

Nestled in the beautiful Flint Hills of eastern Kansas, Elk River Outfitters offers excellent whitetail deer and predator hunting opportunities. With leases that spread throughout two counties, there is plenty of room available to hunt some of the best trophy class producing areas in the state. We have been established since 2000. According to the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism, "White-tailed deer numbers have increased dramatically in the last 20 years". The highest whitetail densities are in the eastern one-third of the state. Selective management program has created a healthy deer herd, with excellent potential for trophy-sized bucks in all regions. Just like whitetail deer, predators such as bobcats and coyotes are abundant in Kansas, especially in the eastern counties. Small prey and cover are plentiful, which makes for a high density of these predators. So come on out to Elk County Kansas and experience the thrill of a Kansas predator hunt!
