About Cargill Outfitters (Iron Wheel Guest Ranch)

Cargill Outfitting is owned and operated by John and Sherry Cargill offering a variety of hunting and fishing excursions as well as outdoor recreation opportunities for you. Summertime opportunities include float fishing on many rivers, lakes and ponds. We offer trail rides during the summer for 2 to 8 hour trips. Our Bed & Breakfast is a year around operation, serving for family reunions, retreats, receptions, training sessions, group functions, or meetings. With over 32 years of outfitting experience we strive to see that our clients enjoy a successful and memorable trip. We are State licensed and insured, as well as being a member of Montana Outfitters and Guides Association. Over the past years we have excellent success rate on our elk, deer, mountain lion and bear hunts. We offer archery and rifle season trips. Our spring black bear hunts are an enjoyable time of year with lots of game to see. All hunts originate from Iron Wheel Guest Ranch (Butte airport) unless specified otherwise.
