Shuhart Creek has 2,500 acres of Private Land located in West Central Illinois in Hancock County on the Mississippi River bluffs. We are in the county north of the "golden triangle." About Shuhart Creek Outfitters

Shuhart Creek has 2,500 acres of Private Land located in West Central Illinois in Hancock County on the Mississippi River bluffs. We are in the county north of the "golden triangle." We don't receive the publicity they do, but the hunting is equally as good, if not better! We have a diverse habitat of hardwoods, white and red oak acorns, farm fields of corn, soybeans and wheat. In addition, we harvest food plots containing turnips, rape, alfalfa, clover, oats and sugar beets. The hunting pressure is light and the quality of our deer is high. The land has been under quality deer management for the past 10 years. There is an excellent opportunity to harvest a Pope & Young whitetail. We are avid bowhunters ourselves and know what it takes to harvest quality bucks. We will do everything we can to make your hunting trip successful
