Your Quality Adventure is our Goal! That was our motto in 1995 and that is our motto today. Ron Lara, the owner of Western Wildlife Adventures, has been involved in wildlife conservation for over 30 years! He helped with the Mule Deer Foundation in the early 90's as well as the California Waterfowl Association. Then in 1995 he and a few others saw the need for habitat restoration in California. They started the California Deer Association of which he is still the State Treasurer. During his time helping these organizations with banquets and fund-raising functions, he has helped raise over one million dollars for wildlife! Today, Ron also serves as a member of the Nevada Outfitters and Guides Association helping to bring quality hunts to the would be hunters in the state of Nevada. He has met and befriended many hunters along the way, and made friends with many of the best and most successful outfitters in the industry. Western Wildlife Adventures has become one of the largest Mule Deer guides in the state of Nevada and is the sole booking agent for "Take Em" Outfitters located in Saskatchewan, Canada, booking up to 100 clients yearly to take the trek up north for some outstanding Honker and Mallard hunting! Western Wildlife Adventures also has extensive private clubs in California for Waterfowl and Blacktail deer while offering limited guided hunts for Wild Pig, Tule Elk, Turkey and other game. Western Wildlife Adventures currently guides or books hunts in Saskatchewan, California, Nevada, Utah, Washington, New Zealand and Argentina.
